I love Gap for my basics! This skirt is no exception. It will be perfect on our upcoming trip to Italy. It goes with so many tops and has a nice, flowing fit that will be forgiving if I eat a little too much pasta. I particularly love it with the black and white gingham boxy shell I bought (makes the black look summer fresh). The fit is true to size. I am 5'2", 133 lbs, pear-shaped/bottom heavy and the size small fits just right... skims right over my fuller parts with ease and is floatier at the bottom. Length on the regular is long, but needs no alterations.

I'm 5'0 160lbs and the regular large reached my ankles and fit just like a maxi skirt. Love the fabric and design, but I bought the denim blue as opposed to the other colors because the description said it had side seam pockets, a must for a busy mom and her phone. Alas, no pockets, so back it went - please change the description.
