I ordered my normal size (L) and they came looking and feeling really big, then they fit perfect after the first wash. After a few washes they kind of continue to shrink a bit still to the point they're almost too small now, so I'm going to order in the next size up and hopefully that solves the fit. I got the brown and now they look very faded. I'm rating the sizes on how they fit after maybe 2-3 washes, but they do come big-looking size-wise before washing.
