These are great boot cut jeans. For the review of people complaining about not great for Cowboys, this is Gap, not the Western store for rodeos. These jeans are great quality and not tight, fit is very nice and true to size with a little extra room which is nice so they are not tough. The material is a little thicker than in previous years and will most likely sell put fast as the Gap boot jeans do over the years. Thanks for bringing these back! I picked up a few pairs of each color due to the great pricing.

I bought these for my boyfriend because I was already purchasing a bunch of stuff for my son to wear at graduation. I'm pretty let down that these are nothing close to authentic bootcut jeans, which, btw have the silhouette they do because primarily they are functional. Dear Gap, bootcut jeans should not be straight through the hip and thigh as your description says (but isn't available to read when you are buying them in the store). They should be snug at the waist, hips, and thighs because it helps them not be droopy. And there needs to have a slight flare from the knee down. It's so the jeans can accommodate cowboy boots and heavy work boots. Popular to what a certain famous pop singer has led you all to believe, we don't dress like that. That is pretty much the exact opposite of reality. So please Gap, style your bootcut jeans appropriately or stop calling them that. Your relaxed straight leg is essentially the same thing. A side note, the one thing I liked with these was that the rise on them was great. A low-midrise is perfect.

These fit like a baggy straight leg jean. I was looking for a traditional bootcut fit that's more fitted in the thigh and flares at the bottom. Dark wash and the weight of the cotton is great! Glad they're non-stretch.
