Definitely runs SMALL I tried 3 Sz b 4 I got it right drove me crazy I never wear a medium I'm 5'8" and weigh 117# so I usually wear small with room to spare or Sz 4 across the board but this dress too tight shows every bump and bulge it was only a few inches wide the small prob 12 inches lol I saw... that and was like no way am I getting this rear into that thing of course because it's stretchy I did but it looked yikes you could see every line and bump not pretty So my advise to all is take you original size and without a doubt go up 1 whole Sz or even two but 1 should be good if your a little on the thick side go 2 if your flat as a board and under 21 then maybe your ok with your original size it's all about age and weight and what shape your body is in because get ready to show it off cuz this dress will do just that I'm 61 by the way not a young woman any more and do I work out hardly I used to decades ago
I wear a size 6 and order a medium thinking it would be fine. It was not fine. It was two sizes too small. Sadly had to return. If you order it order two sizes up.

Love this dress, very soft, very comfortable to even wear around the house, may have to update once I wash it but overall I'm very pleased with it. I got the tall, xl I'm 5'9" and 180 lbs. Hem lands about 3" above the ankle.

Love it! It fits beautifully. I bought a large when I'm normally a medium based on reviews and it's just right. I'm almost 6' tall so the tall length is perfect. It comes to my mid-calf. Highly recommend.

Cozy fitted dress for winter. Medium fit true to size but is completely fitted. Size up if you want it to be loose. It didn't stretch out with wear.
