Nice fabric, nice fit, good length. Despite the models hiking the tank up their abdomens for the catalog and web pictures there is a decent amount of length to these tanks. They also cover your chest but are not so tight they choke your neck so they are good to wear under certain shirts and sweaters.... I love these. True to size and color.
I have tried several items with the new modern fabric and it's so bad. I'm so sad about this; gap has had the best quality tees and tanks for at least a decade since I've been shopping there and now they've cheaped out. These tanks in particular used to not be ribbed, but a nice solid weave, thick e...nough in white to not be see through, and not clingy. They were also a much better slightly cropped length. This version is so long, and the length doesn't work well with how clingy they are.. you would have to tuck them in but there is so much length it is uncomfortable.

I thought this shirt might be flimsy due to the softness and lightness of the fabric, but I was mistaken! Initially kept this because the color, fit, and feel were perfect. I had low confidence about how it would turn out after washing. To my surprise, it gets even better with washing. It's true to size if not a little snug. Insanely soft and comfortable and most of all flattering.

I love a high neck, wide sleeve, tank. The colors and fabric are great but I found the shape didn't work for me. The arm holes are quite low which shows off unflattering armpit flaps and a big of bra.

This is my favorite casual tank--I have it in every color. Soft, great summer weight, doesn't reveal underarm pudge, flatters shoulders, form fitting but not inappropriately so. I'm 5'8", 150 pounds, athletic build, 36B, size 6/small. I prefer the Modern Crewneck TEE in a small, but I prefer to size up to a medium in this Modern Crewneck TANK, as well as the Modern V-neck tank. Still hugs everything VERY nicely, but doesn't show every bump, dimple, or bulge--for some reason, the small does.

As others have mentioned the material and fit has totally changed! Size up as it's very fitted. Bring back the old modal and fit please. Still a nice tank though after I sized up! #sweepstakes

I'm honestly really disappointed. I bought this GAP top expecting good quality, but it arrived with a hole in the fabric. It came that way. I expected much better quality from a brand like GAP.
