I'd give this 4.5 stars if I could! First, it's SO cute. I wanted this same style last year from Old Navy but they only had solid black - the white trim on the top elevates the whole look I think! I was a little scared when I was pulling it up that it was going to be too small but once I was past th...e hip area it was perfect. I'm 5'1" ~120, curvy build, size 27/28 pants. The shorts underneath feel they might ride up a little with lots of walking but that's not a deal breaker for me. My main issue (that's not that big of a deal) is the square neck is a little loose so it kind of gaps along the top line, almost like it's trying to be a cowl neck. I assume this is to accommodate my more well-endowed sisters out there, but it does look a little strange on my flatter chested self, not enough for me to return it (great sale price!), but noticeable!
For some reason my low rating for this and review didn't post, yet my other ones 4 stars and above do. I hope they're not censoring honest reviews…. Product review: having 4 workout clothing from Gap Active— primarily the onsie ones and the tennis skirt one piece, I have come to understand that the...se are inconsistent across the board due to being fast fashion. However, the fit for the short onsies are amazing, just enough compression and not too tight. Fit for this product—- tight in the bodice. Yet gaps where the armpits are for the bust area (can show your chest if you bend down). It felt very uncomfortable pressed up against my sternum. I do not like tight clothes in that area as I'm sensitive. I imagine it could be a turn off to others who deal with sensitivities. Just be cautious of buying this. If I were to have sized up, the elastic in the chest might have not been constricting but it would have an even larger bust. I'm 5"5, 140 and a medium fits me well in my other workout outfits. A positive for this is that it is soft and wicks moisture.

The material and style of this dress are cute and flattering, but there is a strange "built in" bra that is not listed anywhere on the description and unfortunately it completely ruins the look of the dress. The way the material is sewn into the top, it leaves a strange thick bra line that is much lower than where the bottom of a sports bra would be worn (not right under the boobs but half way between your boobs and belly button) which completely distracts from the cute waistline of the dress. I would definitely return if I didn't purchase on final sale.

I have four colors in the workout onsie— I am a size medium. Those have tha perfect amount of compression. I got the lava color in my usual size medium and the bra lining cuts right into my sternum, making me want to pull at it because it's so constricting. However, the fit of the bust is really large and gaps despite having a small bust. It feels like an old school bra that you can't wait to take off at the end of the day. Overall too tight in the torso area and gaping on the sides of the bust. Very cute color, though.
