I didn't realize there was a little pocket in the back to hold your necessities and it was a happy surprise. I love the length of these. I have another pair from another brand that I like, but am not keen on how lengthy they are. These ones are just what I wanted!

Bring back pockets
I own probably 6 pair of these shorts, but the ones with the pockets.
I recently lost weight and want to buy a smaller size, but they no longer sell them with pockets. I literally have logged in for over a year trying to buy them again, but WHERE DID THE POCKETS GO?!? I like to wear them out and ab...out and I would put my phone in the right pocket and listen to music as I walked my dogs. They aren't worth buying, in my opinion, without the pockets as there is no where to put my phone.
The quality of the shorts is great. The material is great. The thickness and fit is great, but I will not buy again until pockets are added back. I have a handful of pairs without pockets and I don't like wearing them, so I learned not to buy without pockets.
Fits well, I am 5'2", 103 lbs and ordered XS Petite. I will use primarily for sailing trips in hot weather with a black halter tank top or with a bikini.

I know the style is "bike shorts," but no padding. I knew that going in, but not sure why they are called bike shorts. Anyway, I wear them for strength training since there is no AC and I'm always super hot. They stay in place very well during all my deadlifts, squats, turkish get-ups, etc. They do the job. Not sure how wicking they are -- they get pretty sweaty.

I was hoping to find the same shorts that the Gap use to make a certain kind of shirts that are also the Power shorts but a lot thinner than this one. I found these shorts a bit thick so they didn't hug my body as nicely and not as much stretch as what I'm use to. I also found them to hike up a bit which isn't the best when you're working out.
