The bathing suit is super cute, however it was missing the hat when it arrived. Customers service told me that I had to return the item, they had to deem if it is suitable for return then a refund. And then I have to purchase the item online again, then reach out to them again for them to waive the shipping fee and give it to me for the original price I had purchased it for. Not even a coupon, discount or anything. This is a terrible return policy for an item that I didn't even fully receive. Very disappointed and frustrated.
