The quality of these jeans is great. The fit would be amazing also, but the actual waist runs one size small. If I were to size up then the rest of the fit in the bum and legs would be off. I'm going to wash and try to stretch the waist a bit while they are wet because that's how much I really like ...these. The pair I purchased is the medium indigo with holes in both knees. For size reference I'm 5'3 and usually wear a 10, sometimes a size 12 in bottoms and a solid 31 waist in Gap. I purchased a 31 Regular. The length is perfect for me with sneakers or even a slight platform shoe.
I ordered these Mid‑Rise Rigid Relaxed Straight Jeans in both the 27 Regular and the 27 Petite. I'm normally a size 26 in denim, but I sized up for a relaxed look. I ended up returning both pairs. The Regular length was far too long for my 5'2" - 115-pound frame, while the Petite was just a touch t...oo short. The rise also felt more like a low‑rise than a mid‑rise, and both sizes had a huge gap at the back of the waistband. The proportions felt off overall. The hips and bum felt too tight for a relaxed look. The denim itself is gorgeous — the quality and colour are truly beautiful. I really wanted these to work, but the fit just didn't feel right on me.

I am normally a 27 so I sized up from the comments and got a 28. They were too big, so I ordered the 27 and they ended up being too big as well in the butt/crotch area. They are sold out of the 26 so I am going to try getting them altered because the waist and legs fit great and I really like the wash. I am 5'8 and I got the long so I could wear them with heels/boots and the length is perfect. Overall, would recommend but get your size or 1 size down.

I bought my regular size 10, and when the jeans arrived, I knew the fit was large but thought that after a wash, a trip through the dryer, and a couple of darts in the back they would be wearable. Wow, I was wrong! Now, they are in my donation basket. I should have returned them with the tags on.

I ordered the medium wash and it has a raw hem but I couldn't see anywhere on the site where it says that. Also these fit differently than my other pair of relaxed straight jeans. There's no label "Relaxed straight" so maybe these are a completely different kind of fit but are mis-labelled.
