I received a damaged shirt. I sent pictures to customer service, and you can clearly see the fabric damage in several spots. Their response was to send it back and wait 15 days for a refund. What about inspecting your clothes before shipping them?

The shirt is made well and the color is good and like year's past. But it's too big in the shape. It's baggy in the middle and billows in the back. The way the model looks in the ad it appears the shirt although big is still slimming. It's not. And if you try to tuck it in … the part at your hips pops out of the pants before the front or the back because it's shorter on the sides. It's a bummer. I was hoping to replace shirts I have loved in the past.
