I wanted this dress to work so bad! It just didn't. I bought two sizes L and xl, the large was too small and the XL was too big. As an older gal with large chest, they are not bra friendly. Even with a strapless bra it still showed. Other than that the fit was great material is a weighty denim good quality, flattering. Sz 14, DD for reference.

I ordered the small and I'm 5'6" and 140 lbs and I could barely fit into it. The straps fit, but the chest area was super tight and even the mid-section was tight and the pockets stuck out. The fabric is super thick so it's not really ideal for summer. Also, the medium color didn't look right on me and made me look old fashioned. I highly recommend the button down denim dress. That one is looser (I got the medium) and look fantastic. This one not so much.

My usual medium petite size in this dress was super tight in chest and waist. Unflattering if you are curvy on top… or size up? But then I think it would be shapeless. Also petite length was still just above my ankles and I'm 5'4!

Heavy material and didn't fit my curves

I was excited to try this maxi dress, but it's going back. As someone with a petite hourglass and busty figure, the fit was all over the place, oversized in some areas while snug in others. The side pockets jutted out oddly on me. It seems like this dress is better suited for someone with a straighter silhouette. The material is heavy denim with low stretch, which made it uncomfortable for me. I prefer light and flowy.
