The white version is see-through, so I'm returning them. But I learned the tall hits me perfectly at the ankles, just wish more colors were available. In the meantime, I'm keeping the brown and black. They're perfect for hot summer days for a little sun protection and I don't mind them getting wet a...t the lake.
I bought these in brown and loved them at first. I washed them according to instructions on label and truly have never had the dye on any item of clothing ever bleed/ run so terribly. It left stains on other clothing it touched. Plus, the color of the pants themselves is now patchy and weird as if i...t's been bleach stained or something. I tried chatting to customer service and they wanted me to mail back the pants to see if it was eligible for a refund. Eligible for a refund? I get it, but also these left weird copper brown stains on four other items of clothing that might be wrecked now. Hugely disappointing because the fit was great and as a petite person that's not always the case.

These pants have a beautiful drape and perfect barrel shape without looking ridiculous, the double knee add on feels intentional and looks great. BUT these pants have no business being this expensive. The white and yellow are see-through where there is no double knee fabric, which helps pull them off without them looking cheap and thin. Gap's outlet options for poplin barrels may not have the extra design stitch but are a much higher quality fabric.
