I loveeddd the way these pants looked, I wore them around the pool and as pajamas / lounge pants on a trip to Palm Springs. They fit really well and were super flattering, can be worn high or lower waisted with the draw spring. But I probably wore them 5 times total and washed them once with hang dry, and a 5 inch section of the front of the waist band / tie enclosure seam fell apart. This is not an easy fix because it involves so many layers + elastic and the seam is gathered and has to be fully stretched out in order to sew it again. Really disappointed in the quality of Gap lately. I have had to repair holes after only a few wears on both of the items I bought. I want to get another pair but I am worried they will also just fall apart.

I'm 5'2" and 116 lbs. I bought both the XS Petite and XS Regular. I ended up keeping the Regular because I knew they would shrink after washing..and they definitely did. After washing twice, the inseam measured about 28.5 inches, which ended up being perfect for me. I had a friend sew up the ridiculous side slits, and they look so much better now. Overall, though, these pants are definitely not worth paying full price for.

I bought a pair in black petite x small I love cool baggy clothes for summer but this looked like something you'd pick up for 20 bucks at a sidewalk sale. Petite x small were huge the cut was way off and the flimsy drawstring didn't help. From the reviews maybe they're not all this bad but I sent mine back.

I have a long inseam of 34" & if your inseam is close to that you will definitely need the tall fit. i did order a regular pair in L but the inseam was probably 3" different. Overall i would highly recommend these pants for those times you dont want to be wearing pants 😉. Material is flowing & light. Fit & fall of material is great.
