I went with a 0P as I'm 5'2" with 26" waist and 37" hips, these feel so nice and soft. The length is right above floor length for me so a true full length (guessing around 27" inseam). They have width without looking clownish on my petite frame. Only tricky part is waist and hip area. These fit as a... low rise or mid rise on me, below my belly button. I usually need 11" rise given my proportions. I don't necessarily mind it being lower on my torso/waist but they are snug around the hipline while slightly loose on the tummy. I guess it depends on how you carry your weight - if you're somewhat curvy with smaller waist to hip ratio they might feel a bit off. I'm keeping this pair but would have liked a more relaxed fit around my hips and thighs.
I bought these in a 16 Tall originally (my gap jeans are ususally 33 (16-T) but even those are starting to run large). The 16 were HUGE. I took them apart and sized them down nearly 4 inches in the waist and thighs. *Tip- it pays to know how to sew. However, I did not want to do that again, so I ...bought a 14 Tall. They are at least six inches tighter in the hips than the 16. The waist was doable. There should never be a difference of 6 inches between sizes. That is nuts. So since it is easier to take away than add fabrics, I gave up and had to send them back. I know GAP pants tend to run big in the waist, but some kind of standard sizing within the company needs to take place. Buying and returning again and again is not good for customers or business. Also, it would be best to be honest with people about sizing in general. If your waist is 38, you should not buy a 33 and have it be too big. Give us what we measure so everyone will know what size to order.

I wear 29/8 in Gap jeans and pants. These were so tight in the waist and thighs I could barely button them. However, even if they had fit in the waist the width through the leg was too wide and unflattering on my frame. I would label these as low rise, not mid-rise. For reference, I'm 5'3" and 140 pounds. As others have mentioned, I agree the material is very scratchy.

gapcanada.ca/I ordered these pants in a 6 tall. I normally wear a 27. The 6 is a touch roomy which I prefer with the linen material. I am not joking when I say I prefer the feeling of these over sweatpants and they are so much more elevated. Being a tall girl its so ridiculously hard to find pants that are actually long enough and these are! (I'm 5'11) I would die to have these in the flax color but they always seem to be sold out in my size.

As this wide-leg style seems to have taken hold, I decided to try them. These are so well styled and look really cute on! Being petite, I was quite surprised at how much I love the look!! I chose to purchase the matching shirt as it makes a great outfit!

gapcanada.ca/Not sure what all the hate is about. I'm 5'1.5 but hate pants that go above my ankle so I ordered the 0 regular length in flax beige. They drape perfectly and work with a flat or a heel despite my short height. I rarely buy gap petite as the length winds up being cropped and I like my pants to touch the ground a bit. They are high waisted on me, snug in the hips and thighs and looser at the calves. I ordered a 0 and they may be slightly more snug than my regular size 25 gap jean. They look polished and put together with a jean like look. Great with grey cardigan and white tee. Hopefully these don't stretch out or lose quality with washing. People are complaining that they are scratchy but they are almost half linen!! Linen is usually expensive so I think people should be happy it's a regular linen and not synthetic. I'm happy with the style and colour.

Love the look and ease of wear. They are very comfortable, light and airy. Good for any occasion as they can be dressed up or down. Love the flat front "Jean like" design. The wide leg isn't too wide, and hangs well giving them a classy look. Buy them you won't be sorry! #sweepstakes

These pants are exactly what I was hoping for. The 50% linen and 50% cotton give it a very comfy light textural feel. I appreciate the zipper front instead of the usual elastic on so many linen pants. The wide leg will be great for keeping cool on warm summer days. It will be exceptionally easy to dress up or dress down. Way to go gap!
