I went with a 0P as I'm 5'2" with 26" waist and 37" hips, these feel so nice and soft. The length is right above floor length for me so a true full length (guessing around 27" inseam). They have width without looking clownish on my petite frame. Only tricky part is waist and hip area. These fit as a... low rise or mid rise on me, below my belly button. I usually need 11" rise given my proportions. I don't necessarily mind it being lower on my torso/waist but they are snug around the hipline while slightly loose on the tummy. I guess it depends on how you carry your weight - if you're somewhat curvy with smaller waist to hip ratio they might feel a bit off. I'm keeping this pair but would have liked a more relaxed fit around my hips and thighs.
I bought these in a 16 Tall originally (my gap jeans are ususally 33 (16-T) but even those are starting to run large). The 16 were HUGE. I took them apart and sized them down nearly 4 inches in the waist and thighs. *Tip- it pays to know how to sew. However, I did not want to do that again, so I ...bought a 14 Tall. They are at least six inches tighter in the hips than the 16. The waist was doable. There should never be a difference of 6 inches between sizes. That is nuts. So since it is easier to take away than add fabrics, I gave up and had to send them back. I know GAP pants tend to run big in the waist, but some kind of standard sizing within the company needs to take place. Buying and returning again and again is not good for customers or business. Also, it would be best to be honest with people about sizing in general. If your waist is 38, you should not buy a 33 and have it be too big. Give us what we measure so everyone will know what size to order.

I typically buy my pants in Tall high rise because I have long legs and the high rise gives me more room for the hips, behind, and thighs. I thought that I would have some linen pants that I could wear onto the Fall season. It's not gping to happen. I loved the feel and length of the pants, but there was no room for the butt, hips, and thighs. If you are on the curvier side, be careful. I had to return these pants.

I was looking for some pants for a summer trip to France that will breathe and also look cool and polished (I can't stand a drawstring waist on pants - it makes me look like I'm wearing PJs), and I was SO pleasantly surprised by these! I ordered a size 6. I have a 27.5" waist and 37.5" hips. I will have to take them in a little in the waist, but other than that, the inseam, rise, and fit of the leg on my thighs is amazing. I'm fit but also curvy and like how well these fit, just oversized enough. I'm usually a 4/6 in pants, so the bigger size worked for the look I'm going for. I bought the black and the stripe and was pleasantly surprised by the stripe. I'll wear them with a white linen shirt or tee and a braided belt and flat sandals.
