I am 5'6, 140lbs with a 27 inch natural waist and 32 inch inseam. I have a short torso, and wider hips. I ordered the Medium in Regular length. The quality is amazing, the fabric is exactly what you'd expect from Gap. I have tried so many shades of brown pants this spring and this is by far the best..., most luxurious shade or brown I've found across brands. I bought these pants a size up knowing that I wanted a baggier fit, and recognizing that I would need to wear them lower on my hips if I wanted the length I was going for. I am not a fan of a cropped length, I want my linen pants hitting across the middle of my foot for that truly styled look. I debated about whether or not to get the Tall length, and while I think that would have been too long on me, I probably could have achieved a similar overall vibe by buying the Small, Tall. As it stands, I will only be able to wear this pair with flats which is okay with me. The thigh is a little slimmer than true wide leg.
I bought two pairs of these pants for spring/summer 2025 and *lived* in them for the entire summer. So this year, I doubled down and bought them in a bunch of colors in the same size. I'm so sad that they are about 1.5" shorter than the same size from the previous year, and the hip/thigh is much sli...mmer. The waistband is the same measurement. They still look cute, but they don't have nearly the same drape/ease as last year's version. All in all, still worth it, but a big flag for repeat purchasers!

I am 5 feet tall" 170lbs and purchased the petite Large. They are a good length and over all fit well enough. However, I purchased these in the Red and they were so disappointing. Washed out and a drab pale lifeless red, not at all as pictured. Perhaps someone had purchased these and washed them before returning, I don't know but I chose not to keep these based on the colour. .

I usually wear an XL in pants but found this XL to be a little snug in the waist. I would've preferred a little more stretch with an elastic waistband rather than the tied waist. These also wrinkle super easily. I spent a while steaming them before wearing, only to have deep wrinkles form after sitting for a bit. I purchased the red stripe so it was very noticeable. I wanted to love these but was left disappointed.

After seeing other reviews, I chose to order an XS instead of a S. I'm typically a 4 and have wider hips. I'm also 5'2" and the inseam of the Petite size hits below my ankles. These pants are wide, but I'm not finding an issue with them, given that I sized down. I can see myself wearing this to work multiple times a week.

I will echo others' comments and hope someone at Gap actually reads this and acts on customer feedback. Dear Gap Companies - I beg of you…the website needs to show inseam measurements again (they used to, I think) for shorts and pants. For example, I have no idea what the inseam is on a specific pair of pants depending upon if I purchase petite vs. regular vs. tall. Trying on in a store is not usually an option because a lot of times they don't have all lengths in stock. Online shopping is difficult enough and I am sick of having to buy multiple lengths and sizes of things because either measurements are not available or because they are incomplete/incorrect. Not to mention the environmental ramifications of the returns. Thank you.
