Even when I size down in gap long sleeves because they run big, the sleeves are still comically large and long. Everything about the purchase was good for me. Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable about the shirts that I purchased and was able to order from a different store one shirt that was out of stock in my size and sent directly to my home. It was a great 1st time in Gap experience.
