True to Size

The size chart says these have a 31.5" Inseam in the regular length. I measured, and that is correct. I am typically a 4 or a 6 (27 or 28) depending on whether or not there is elastane. These are 100% cotton, adhd the 28s fit like glove. I went by the hip measurement according to the size chart, a...

Why can't Gap be straight forward with inseams?

Again, I ask you Gap, why do you give the models measurements for inseams? If you are going to do that, then give the inseam they are wearing. It would be SO helpful to list the inseam measurements. With that said, I am 5'6" and ordered a 34 regular because they didn't have any "short" so I rolled t...

Front pocket flip

Almost perfect. Fabric is nice and love the low rise. Little bit big but I can order a size smaller. BUT GAP HAS PROBLEMS WITH FRONT POCKET FLAPS. They didn't have this problem long ago but I find it almost always these days. Must have their quality gone down. If this problem persists, it'll be a deal breaker

Comfy but size mislabeled

After reading other reviews that these run small, I think my size 27/4 jeans might have actually been mislabeled size 14...they were HUGE (see photo - appears to be a 34" waist). 3 stars only bc I have to return and try to exchange, but love the weight and the wash.

Again, I ask you Gap, why do you give the models measurements for inseams? If you are going to do that, then give the inseam they are wearing. It would be SO helpful to list the inseam measurements. With that said, I am 5'6" and ordered a 34 regular because they didn't have any "short" so I rolled the dice and as I suspected, they are about 2 inches too long, so I have to return. Apparently, Gap thinks a 29" inseam is short - but doesn't always have short in stock. Also, these clearly are NOT mid-rise, they are low-rise with no mistaking that, but I would deal with it if I could have the right inseam. Petite - does not fit me in the seat area, so that's not an option. I'm not petite. Other than that - these are really nice jeans. I love that they are cotton. Man I wish I could have them but I have to send them back.

Love these 100% cotton jeans!

I am so happy to find a pair of 100% cotton jeans in my size that fit well. I am 5'2 and wear a size 2 in Gap and found these to be exactly what I expected. The 29" length is just right for wearing with boots or sneakers. I am hoping Gap will bring back a classic bootcut in 100% cotton in a 29 inch inseam someday as I am not a fan of the course feeling stretch fabric!

Low rise more than mid rise, be aware!

Do not buy these if you only wear mid or high rise. They are far more low rise than they are high rise! For perspective, I'm 5'2", and a true size 28. These jeans barely went over my butt, and my butt isn't even that big lol if you're looking for a true mid rise, these are not the jeans for you. Aside from that, they're nice jeans and the length on the regular was perfect. But I have to do return them because they're literally unwearable because of the rise issue.

Fit is not like Gap long & lean

I have a couple of pairs of Long & Lean jeans recently from Gap, and I consistently wear 28 Long in those. I ordered these in the black wash in 28 Long, and I loved the color, and the length was good, but the rise seemed lower than the Gap version. Also, the waist was tighter in these. It was a bummer, because I would get a lot of wear out of this color, but I had to return

28 ran small and very low -not 10" but 2 pair were closer to 9.5" 29 were big and had big hips sticking out. Good color and material but what happened here?

If you are looking for low-rise jeans, these may fit the bill. If you are looking for mid-rise, keep shopping.
