Petite XS is too big, I'm also not sure about the shoulder pads. Overall it doesn't look sharp on me.

Good production just size up

I bought the blazer and matching pants for work. I followed the suggestion to size up. I felt it looked big on me but it might have made it a bit hard to close 1 of the buttons if I went with my usual size. The bigger sized pants also worked but I thought it was a little too wide for me (leg area). I kept the set anyway but this would not be my go to outfit if I wanted a more polished look.

Like the other reviewers mentioned, this runs small, and there's no stretch, so you really need to get the sizing right. I went up to a small (usually XS) and it fits nicely, as long as I don't have any bulky layers underneath. It is quite thin, so think of it as more of a top than a blazer. It is flattering. Nips my waist and has good structure at the shoulders.
