This dress is nicely styled and the medium is a perfect fit. Figure flattering and longer length, on trend. The denim is medium thick which it needs to be for this structured fit. However for the hot summers in my area it is a bit thick, and I don't wear dresses in the fall so I'm unsure about this one, but it's beautiful.

This dress runs very large. I ordered based on size chart, the XL was several inches too large everywhere.

I'm 5'9" and the regular L was large and dowdy-long on me. The L petite (I've never been a petite!) fit so much better and not so ankle grazing. Jurys still out as to whether I keep it but it's a cute drop-waist dress-a style I usually find flattering. #sweepstakes

This is the best dress i've bought in years. I got SO many compliments in one day. It fits me like a glove - gives me a defined waist and hits all the right places. I had to size down. I'm 5'6" and usually a S in Gap, but had to go XS petite for it to hit right below my mid-calf. It's great for work, casual, and the fabric is just the right balance of comfortable and structured. This will be a staple in my closet for years to come.
