This is a great quality, spring weight sweater. I bought it in off-white and am very pleased. I'm usually an XS or Small, and I chose to order a small in this so it wouldn't be as cropped as on the model. The small is a good size on me (a little loose/oversized) but does not even come close to being... cropped. I didn't want my belly showing, but I was hoping it would stop near the waistband of my skirt, but it's definitely longer than I had expected (I'm 5'4", so consider that). I'm keeping it as I like the quality, but will have to do a little front tuck into my skirt to get the look I was hoping for.
Sure, IF you figured out the work-around to order this in Tall XL to get the actual fit pictured - as so many did - and IF you didn't order the brown, this could be an ok sweater. The construction is great, the sizing is just for toddlers. But to keep selling that brown version - which is beautiful ...- with a super locked-in stench of rotting onions is so disappointing to a decades-long loyal customer. It's just plain dishonest to sell these as first quality garments. Shame on GAP.

gapcanada.ca/I read other reviews that warned to get tall and size up—thanks for the advice! I usually wear S/M in tops but got a large tall. The length is about 23" and across bust 20" (pre-wash). This allows me to raise my arms without midsection exposure and has a comfortable, relaxed fit suitable for a knit sweater. The 100% cotton is decent but not super soft. I am happy with the colour (terra brown has a variety of subtle tones in the yarn). I bought it at half price which I feel is about fair; full price is questionable seeing as their sister brand (BR) has had soft organic cotton sweaters that go on sale for a similar price point.

Love this sweater so much that I have it in four colors already. It's the perfect weight to suggest quality cotton worth the price. It's breathable for summer but will easily be worn through the fall as well, making it a good investment. It's super comfortable and very flattering. I'm 5'1" 120 lbs and went with size small. Sometimes I wear XS with Gap, but small was perfect.

I usually wear size small stuff (120lbs 5'6") but I got these in a large for a bigger fit and it's PERFECT. They wash well and the material is just so nice. My new go-to sweaters getting them in every color! Only complaint is they're always sold out!!!

I love the thin cuffs and non-mock neck roll neck! I am a standard M size and bought an XL. Washed and dried and it's closer to a L afterwards. If you want it a bit oversized (not sloppily) size up and up! Great quality, thick but not too heavy.
