I bought these pants in red and pale pink in size 2 (and the matching hoodies to both- in size three) for my two and a half year year old daughter and the set looks so cute and cozy on but the problem is the waist is huge on her- whereas another pair of floral gap size 2 sweats we got in the same o...rder fits her great! And the legs are almost on the short side so I definitely can't size down. She is even currently wearing a diaper so I think when she is full time in undies they'll be even bigger. Too bad as it's so cute on. Also my whole order came with a weird strong perfumey smell. Hoping it will wash out.
Anyway, got a lot of other great items and still love gaps cute children's clothes.
These will probably work fine for a larger waisted child.

I ordered this shirt as a matching set on 25 November never received it.Now EVERYTHING is sold out. This is my Last time ordering from the gap. I ordered all the clothes at once and receive bits and pieces. Now my child has tops with no bottom bottoms with no top. After speaking to customer service,... all they offered Was 50 bucks for the inconvenience. I buy the majority of my child clothes from the gap because of the quality and the deals, but it is not worth it when they send Multiple packages instead of one package and I'm not able to guarantee the full order . Now all the sales are over and my child has clothes that don't match. I should have been notified that the items couldn't be fulfilled.

I received a pair of these as a gift for my daughter and came back to the website to buy more because they are the best quality baby pants for winter time! It's a lot harder to find warm clothes for baby girls in the winter than baby boys so I was relieved to find these and not constantly put her in hand-me-downs from her brothers. We love frilly clothes but nothing beats good old warm sweatpants! They wash well and don't pill even after many washes, and the band around the ankles is just right without being too tight. These are comfortable, well made and are simply a great pant for toddlers. The waistband doesn't bunch up, the sizing is true and they wash beautifully in cold water and low heat in the dryer. I do turn them inside out too for laundering. Please never stop making them! They're perfect!
