Mittens are so fluffy, soft and thick with "fur". The leash is long enough that they hang out the sleeves of my coats. My hands aren't big but the larger size was best choice, especially if you have longer nails. Bring on the cold!

My hand measures 7 and 3/4 in. in length and 7 and 1/2 in. circumference and the M/L fits my hand with very little room for any kind of liner; so should be perfect for the intended recipient. Very happy with my purchase.
