As others have mentioned, the website shows the wrong photos for the two brown options. If you want the chocolate brown sweater with white detail, you should order Brown. If you want the tan/caramel color with black detail, you should order Palomino Brown. See photo evidence. The fit is very oversi...zed. I am a size 10 so I normally order sweaters in M or L, but in this sweater, I found that size S was most flattering.
Like many other reviewers I ordered the lighter brown color only to receive the dark brown color . . . Twice. Not even sure if the tan color exists at this point. Gap customer service opened a ticket? Not sure what that means, but it doesn't appear I'll get this fair isle cardigan for the holidays. ...Like everything else it's now out of stock or back ordered. Not sure what's going on with the supply chain here.

Terrible fabric! 75% PLASTIC! And to make matters worse it's recycled polyester, which has extremely weak fibers. It pills Immediately! After only ONE wear this will be unwearable. That is NOT sustainable. Feels like the tiny bit of wool added just so they can charge more (and sweater pops up first if you search "wool"!) Wonderful cut, colours and pattern, so it's a shame it's plastic!

Weeks after the issue of items incorrectly named in the database and wrong colors being sent, a simple correction STILL HAS NOT BEEN MADE 😳 So many reviewers have identified this but apparently Quality Control is asleep at the wheel. This is not acceptable.

Super cute sweater. Runs a bit large. However, I ordered the chocolate color THREE times and ALL three times I was sent the wrong color. I give up!

I ordered this sweater and it came in the wrong color brown. I returned it and ordered it again and the package was damaged during shipping so it was returned to Gap. I ordered it for a third time and once again they sent me the wrong color brown! I give up.

Like several others, I received the wrong color. Customer service gaslit me into thinking it was my fault. They placed a new order for me and the wrong color showed up again. It's unfortunate because I like the sweater but can't wear the shade of brown they keep sending.

No one can seem to resolve this issue. Received the tan, ordered the darker brown and white. Would anyone out there like to switch??? Laughable customer service, I left the chat after being kicked out twice. Gap- what the heck???
