Love this. I got a 26 and I'd say it fits more like a 27.5 (if that were a thing) so it's fine but note you may need to size down

I'm not sure about this skirt. I like the color, it is well made and true to size. However, the "tulip" part of the skirt sticks out in an odd way and I'm not sure the fabric will ever soften with washing to hang in a more attractive manner.
