I'm usually size 8.5 in dress shoes. The size chart showed inches in foot length. Measures using their chart and I'm a size 8. Ordered size 8 and they fit perfectly. Very pretty comfortable shoe but the strap doesn't stay up. I should have listened to the other reviews. Now I need to figure out how I'm going to fix this strap. There is a reason they're on sale.
