I was completely disgusted when I opened the grey shipping bag with an unpackaged sweater full of someone's hair. Gap should put returned items through quality control and a UV light to kill germs, bacteria and viruses before shipping it off again to another customer.

Very nice fabric , not too heavy . Fits beautifully ..not cropped and not too long. Colour is great with jeans , blacks and charcoal pants . Also ordered a navy. Fits true to size
Nice fit, but poor quality. After washing the cardigan, I found a hole on the sleeve. I would return it if I could.
