I was completely disgusted when I opened the grey shipping bag with an unpackaged sweater full of someone's hair. Gap should put returned items through quality control and a UV light to kill germs, bacteria and viruses before shipping it off again to another customer.

Beautiful and warm, wool without the usual bulk. i love this sweater and wear it with everything. You can layer it under am office jacket without looking 'stuffed' I had to size down to a Medium. I am 135 pounds, 5 feet 5 inches...wanted it to be roomy but the Large was too big.

Very nice fabric , not too heavy . Fits beautifully ..not cropped and not too long. Colour is great with jeans , blacks and charcoal pants . Also ordered a navy. Fits true to size
