I'm 6'1 and 150lbs. The Tall Medium fits well and has great sleeve length. The material is fine but durable. The button holes are sturdy so I don't think they'll get stretched out quickly.

I have a pinstripe sheath dress and this cardigan is perfect to dress it down a bit. It's light and comfortable. The size was just right. I like the varsity/preppy look of this - It would be cute tied over my shoulders with a more casual outfit.
