Very cute design, good length (to the top of the hip), and decent quality fabric. It doesn't have pockets, and that's a drawback for me. It's also 100% cotton, so it will probably stretch out over time and not regain its original shape. The big deal breakers were the arms: they are LONG. If I put my arms down by my sides, the sleeves cover my hands and fingers completely. I tried pushing them up, but there's so much extra fabric that it ended up making the shape of the sweater a little weird. It's a no for me. 5'4", 132, and S was the right size.

This sweater is not worth the price. It is thin and loosely knit, which makes it feel fragile and cheap. You can actually see through it, which is not at all evident on the website.

For reference I'm 5'9 around 170lbs and purchased a medium tall. WOW! Perfect! I enjoy having my sleeves cover my hands a bit and ALWAYS struggle with this when I purchase regular cardigans in store. So happy that gap offers tall in many of their other items not just the bottoms! Great style for a preppy look! I plan on wearing with skirts paired with tights and knee high boots for a cute preppy fall look! THANKS GAP!
