What everyone else is saying, get it, this is a quality sweater! I'm 5ft, 160lbs and the petite large fits super comfy. I tried the petite medium too, but it was more fitted, instead of the comfy oversize look. So depending what you want, oversize then go with your true size, if you want more fitted look then size down.
