I purchased in store and was surprised at how oversized the sweater is. I'm normally a medium, but had to size down to an XXS to achieve the classic fit I was looking for as I don't prefer oversized for myself. That being said, I didn't find it to be frumpy, or dowdy once I got the sizing figured ou...t. I really love the oversized, coordinating button details and the height of the collar. I can wear this over a dress or go casual and throw it over a T-shirt and pair of jeans. It's also soft snd comfortable. I love it so much that I purchased in three colors, black, camel and gray. They will be staples in my fall/winter wardrobe this year. Yes, I recommend!
I am giving this cardigan three stars instead of one/two, because it might be far better in another color. In the black, it was just so very blah. Boring. Absolutely, dreadfully dull. The black attracts every piece of anything too, so keep that in mind. it honestly might be cute as a cropped cardiga...n in the red though! Also, for anyone who is longer in the torso, even the tall size was too short. Out of curiosity, I measured the tall size (Gap, will you EVER put length measurements in for us? It would save so much effort and energy with returns!) and it is 23" A Large-Tall is 23" long! That is almost cropped in the TALL size! It was very oversized in the body, just not the length.

YES, just yes! This is exactly what I was looking for in an oversized sweater. It isn't one of those oversized fits that just has you swimming, it is more chic oversized. I was able to easily layer with this item both over and under clothes. I would recommend, and I am even considering purchasing in the other colors.

The fit does not look like what is shown in the picture. After sizing down, it still is way too boxy. The fabric is very thin and does not look thick and fluffy as what is shown in the picture, either.

I love this cardigan. Normally I don't like cardigans because I feel they don't flatter me. But this one is different. The chunky shape, the big buttons all seem to look good on my (long torso). I like it so much I just ordered one in another color.

I love this sweater so much! I have it in three colours. It is so soft and cozy. You can wear it open or closed, dress it up or down. It is a bit oversized. I would go down one size.
