GAP quality of materials and labor plus design and style breadth distinguish its brand. I am now interested in pure cotton clothing (organic better) due to sensitivity. There was disconnect between web fabric content and that on three pair of jeans supplied in last order. I returned them at store pickup and ordered replacements not yet delivered. Santa Monica store asst. mgr. Sam is first rate and made extra effort to remedy my concerns including carefully searching backroom inventory and matching on-line GAP prices I paid. I will purposefully seek him out each time I go to the Santa Monica store. Were it not for the price competitive and excellently functioning (still some counter-intuitive software programming frustrate an adapting but inherently analog senior) GAP store on-line, my GAP purchases would have been far fewer.
