Great jacket but unfortunately had to return because it fits very very small. I ordered my 11 year old an XL so I can give him extra room for layers etc and even that was too small for him on its own.

I got this for my 13-year-old son to wear during the cold midwestern winter. It is not super thick like a coat, but I think that is what makes him like it. He can stuff it in his backpack easily at school, and it is just enough warmth to take the edge off the cold at the bus stop. I honestly never thought I'd win the coat argument, but he wears this every day without complaint. I ordered an XL and an XXL because I wasn't sure which size would be appropriate. He's 5'0 and 95lb, and the XL fits perfectly. I am keeping the XXL on hand, though, for when he outgrows it. I would highly recommend!
