I have this jacket/coat in the brown check and just received it in the gray check. I love the oversize style, the way it drapes in a subdued way with the oversized shoulders. The material is heavy and classy, ideal for cooler weather with a turtleneck and a large brooch or scarf. I wore it today with a black fedora. A knockout style. Very comfortable in a slouchy way with the gray check giving a sophisticated vibe. I'm hoping the navy jacket will be restocked soon so that I can purchase it too.

I adore this oversized blazer. The quality is fantastic, it's chic, and can easily be dressed up or down. I would say that this functions more as a stylish coat versus a fitted blazer (as it details) but I really love this. It is oversized, so I suggest sizing down even if you want the oversized look... if you buy your regular size I think it may be way too baggy. For tops I'm a Large/Medium (36/38 bra band), so I bought a Small and it is perfect.

Blazer is nice, cut is flattering but...the shoulder pads has to go. It sticks out too much makes you look like a linebacker. Sizing runs big I usually wear a small but the xs fit perfectly oversized. Going to see if the shoulder pads can be taken out.

Buyers Beware! I ordered this item among a couple other items and when the package was delivered, this item did not come with the shipment, but when I chatted a customer service rep they said that it should have. When I went to file a claim, my claim was denied and customer service was INCREDIBLY UNHELPFUL. I am going to have to file a claim with my credit card because Gap has a terrible customer service for mistakes THEY made. I love Gap and have purchased several items recently, but this experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth.

Some reviews mentioned it runs large, but I think that's because people compared it to European sizes. An American M is more like a European L or even XL in some brands. For me, the sizing is just right. The blazer looks elegant, has a nice tailored fit, and the fabric doesn't wrinkle easily. It feels substantial, almost like a lightweight coat. The material is about 70% polyester and 30% wool, so it's structured and holds its shape well. Overall, I'm very satisfied, especially since I got it on sale — definitely a great value!

This is a really great fall/winter jacket. I usually wear a medium I sized down because I'm short and knew it was oversized. For people looking for a "blazer" this isn't it. It's more of a light weight jacket/coat. I intend to wear it layered throughout the winter.

I would consider this more of a coat than a blazer...it's very heavy and thick and would be uncomfortably warm in an office setting. It's pretty oversized, I'm 5'4" and it goes down to mid-thigh and over my knuckles. I purchased my usual size, but I probably could have done with a petite or sized down. It works for my purposes since I planned to use it as a jacket. I considered exchanging it, but decided to keep it as is. Can't wait to wear it with a sweater and some tall boots.
