I would consider this more of a coat than a blazer...it's very heavy and thick and would be uncomfortably warm in an office setting. It's cute with a sweater over a button down or turtle neck or even a sweatshirt/hoodie it's roomy enough to layering, I think if I went a size down it would be a fitted look. If you want more of a fitted look size down, I love the brown I was hesitant but glad i did.
