I would consider this more of a coat than a blazer...it's very heavy and thick and would be uncomfortably warm in an office setting. It's pretty oversized, I'm 5'4" and it goes down to mid-thigh and over my knuckles. I purchased my usual size, but I probably could have done with a petite or sized do...wn. It works for my purposes since I planned to use it as a jacket. I considered exchanging it, but decided to keep it as is. Can't wait to wear it with a sweater and some tall boots.
This jacket is the real deal, wool, fully lined, and with a nice, substantial weight. For reference, I'm petite and ordered the petite size. The fit is true to the photos, falling past my backside, but on my small frame it felt a bit overwhelming. Instead of draping in a relaxed way that suited my p...roportions, it wore more like a men's bulky jacket.

I waited forever for this to go on sale- had to have it. It arrived yesterday and it's not really a blazer... it's as heavy as an outdoor coat. It's really nice, if that's what you want. You would not likely wear this in the house, or feel comfortable out at a restaurant wearing it, no more than you'd sit out in your Fall/Winter coat. It's well made and beautiful, just not what I was looking for. Also, I sized down to an XS and it still had the oversized look.

I need longer lengths in my clothes (I'm 5'8"). Gap has so many items in "tall". Blazer is just gorgeous. Going to get another color. Thanks, Gap. Keep making the tall sizes🩷.
