I Don't have a store local to me so I always have to order online. I read every review multiple times, looked at the size chart and the fit description. I'm 5'2" / 150 lbs. I ordered a petite large. The length was ideal, but this is a very roomie pant so I definitely need a medium. Disappointingly, ...they are out of petite mediums in every color so I really hope they restock! Unfortunately, I got these on sale so I will likely have to pay full price if they do restock. I can see how these could easily be dressed up or dressed down. I know a lot of people were not impressed by the Fabric, but I think it's fantastic. I'd also like to note that I found the online return/exchange process A bit annoying. If you want to do an exchange, you have to physically call customer service. At the time I could see the size that I wanted on the website but the rep couldn't so it wasn't an option for me to exchange them for the sale price. That was a huge bummer because I've watched these pants for months and that was the Only time I've seen them go on sale. I shop at gap and gap factory often and will continue to do so but I'm much better informed now
I got these in Tall because comments said Regular length was short on a 5"7-5"8 person. The tall were insanely too long. GAP , We need a LONG version for our 5"7-5"9 girls! The tall are too tall for a 5"7-5"8 person. I don't want my pants to short or to long, I like for them to drape just slightly.... Now I am going to have to hem theses pants

I own these both in the medium petite and regular length. I'm 5'3 and I find the length is a little off with both. The petite is a bit too short and the regular is a bit too long, but at least I have options for my shoes for the day lol. Regardless, I reach for these pants much more than their more expensive counterpart from the other brand that I also have. I love the hidden drawstring, which I think plays a big part in being able to dress it up but also definitely works in casual/everyday settings. It's very light and flowy, which is perfect for the tropical weather I live in. I usually reach for size M for these types of pants, but I would've sized down to an S if it were available in my store.

I am 5'11" 145 lb.s and purchased a medium tall. The pants hit the floor with my shoes on (sneakers and flats). This never happens! They are very wide leg and drapey. I have the black and the stone color - dress up or down. Happy with them.

#sweepstakes honestly love everything about these pants! I got my true size large and they fit perfect. Nice light material and you can dress up or down. I got them in the gray color also which is actually a beautiful beige color. I will be getting the other colors as well. I'm 5'5 and the regular length was perfect.

True to size I tried this as everyone compares them to the other brands pants that look like this :-) I found them very similar, although these seemed thinner in my opinion and I prefer the thicker material
