I don't know who made up that sizing guide but obviously if you are a women's medium you shouldn't order the medium if that is also supposed to fit a men's medium. Incredibly soft pants, perfect for the fall/winter! I was hesitant to keep it upon the initial arrival because I am sensitive to fleece and non cotton materials against my skin and I was afraid of overheating. But these pants have the perfect balance of warmth with comfort! I was also impressed with the softness that was also maintained after a few washes! I had first bought one for myself, but then went ahead to buy a pair for my parents as well. 10/10 recommend!
