I don't know who made up that sizing guide but obviously if you are a women's medium you shouldn't order the medium if that is also supposed to fit a men's medium. There's a stupid law that needs to be reversed. Children's pajamas have to be tight if they are made out of cotton. Supposedly acrylic is less flammable, it's not! So I buy women's petite extra small flannel pajamas for my 10 year old. They're a bit long, I could probably cut the bottom off, but he doesn't seem to mind. He loves these pajamas and I love that he's not sleeping in plastic.
