The texture feel very comfortable and the color looks great. However I never thought the problem would be the size. I have been wearing the M for as long as I shopped at Gap. Not realized that my normal Medium turn out to one size too big So I decided to exchange it to a small size. Not to know the ...process of exchange is so much more complicated and inconvenient. The exchange process is just another hassle cause you can only return first and in the meanwhile you have to rebuy the right size then Wai for the refund. Not quite happy with this whole experience.
I don't know who made up that sizing guide but obviously if you are a women's medium you shouldn't order the medium if that is also supposed to fit a men's medium. If you are a women's medium, get the extra small. I got small and it is still too big. Sadly the extra small is out of stock now. I h...ear news programs all the time about how returns are a big problem in the e-commerce world. But if companies just made things true to size, gave accurate sizing info, showed what the stuff looks like (instead of having models contort themselves to make clothes look more flattering than they are) and depicted accurate colors...returns wouldn't be such an issue.

These are truly the softest flannel pajama pants I've owned. I bought the blue pair first and loved them so much that I went back and ordered a second pair in green. They're 100% cotton, and they actually get softer with each wash. I've found washing in cool water keeps them especially cozy. The fabric is warm without feeling heavy — perfect for lounging or sleeping. I'm 5'0" and the petite length fits me perfectly, which is such a win. I did size up because I prefer a looser fit for PJ bottoms, but I'd say they're true to size overall. If you're normally a medium and want that relaxed, comfy feel, I'd recommend sizing up. The drawstring is great too — it stays where you tie it without slipping or digging in. Super comfortable, well made, and absolutely worth it. I'll likely buy more colors if they're restocked.

This version called Trucks tag says Gap S Petite made in VietNam. Very soft and very comfortable high quality cotton flannel, lightweight enough for all year. Impressive workmanship and fabric. Perfect petite length for me at 5" 115lb. I often get a medium, but in these the size Small waist is just right. Perfect in every way! #sweepstakes

The material is a midweight flannel. It's not thick. I love that they have pockets and a drawstring. Since they're unisex, I sized down to a medium instead of my normal large. I'm 5'5" and 150#. I prefer my pajama bottoms to be slightly baggy. These work perfect!
