Item defective, called customer service and they wanted me to send it back I told them I can send them photos and they were adamant and kept saying to send them back the item and maybe they will refund based on inspection of the item. I want to purchase these again but after this experience I'm no longer going to shop here the customer service is terrible.

I bought 8 pairs for gifts for my bachelorette party and was really hoping it would be a nice treat for my friends, but now I feel embarrassed! Do not spend your money on these. Agree with the other reviewers about the buttons popping open, but this was the least of my concerns with the pilling.

So disappointed. I have loved the modal pajamas for years and have several pairs. I recently purchased another and the quality is horrible!! Not the same. The buttons are terrible, they fall out and un-clasp without even doing anything so frustrating. The fabric is soft, but has already torn in a few spots only after a few wears. They definitely cut corners on this product.

While I have probably a dozen of these sets I've had two shirts come where the button holes are bigger than the buttons making the shirts are useless as well as the cuts being considerably off. Tried reaching out to CS but got a chat bot.

The pj too arrived with one button completely off and in the plastic bag, and a second button popped off when I took the top out of the bag. Quality control issue! I kept the top and sewed buttons on. Nice fabric. Top would be better if slightly longer in body length.
