I really like these for the material and the fit when. I size down one size. I do have. to agree with other reviewers these can be too short. As a shorter man I liked the length being shorter, but if I have to tuck them in these are too short for me, not cropped but they could be a tad longer. For ...outside pants they are perfect.
Honestly, it drives me nuts how Gap changes the fit and fabrics on staple items like this from season to season! I have three colors of these from last year, which had a great fit, nice tidy neckline, stylish vintage wash fabric, and appropriate length in the body. Now, without describing this any...where in the listing, this is a totally different fit. On a Large Tall, the neckline hole was absolutely huge, as you would expect on an XXXL size shirt. So sloppy looking! The body length is now obviously cropped because it barely covered the waistband of my jeans. And the fabric is like a terry cloth mesh or something. It's not a smooth finish anymore. Had to return the ones I ordered from this season which was hugely disappointing because the old ones are some of my favorite shirts!

Height 5'6"
As a shorter. person I was happy to see a heavy weight Tee with a shorter length but at 5'6 the length after a wash is shorter than I like so I have to agree with other reviewers. I do not find it to be cropped but it is a bit short if you want to tuck it in. Wearing outside of pants if fine.
