Maybe this is SLIGHTLY oversized in the arms/shoulders. However the bottom half of the coat is cut straight, almost tapered, and does not swing out. Leaving those of us with butts unable to button the bottom button comfortably for normal walking or sitting. I usually order large coats to have room f...or layering, but thought I would test the "oversized" label on this item...nope. Need a large, with the hope that I can tolerate the already super long sleeves in the next size up. The construction of the coat is great as far as stable buttons, plus the actual "trench coat" construction of rain placket and inside buttons for buttoning this coat up nice and snug against the chill. Too bad the sizing is just pretty average instead of oversized. Really cut for the incredibly tall, thin, long-armed models on the site, not us in the majority. But I will try a large because it is a nice coat. (BTW it is soft normal weight denim. Feels comfy.)
Purchased this Coat online and it was shipped to me looking like someone washed it and returned it. It had a small tag and SO many wrinkles that it was unwearable unless dry cleaned. There is no way I am paying 100 for a coat and then have to turn around and have it dry cleaned before wearing. Nice ...coat but, because of the condition in which it arrived, I have to return it unfortunately.

I've been looking for a denim trench for so long and I snagged this on sale. I wish the material wasn't stretchy, because it feels a bit cheaper than expected—however the style is perfect. I'm ann 8-10 and the M fits perfectly.

I love this trench coat! It works perfectly on its own for the cool Fall days and is pairing perfectly when layering for much colder weather. My sweaters and long sleeve blouses fit perfectly with this coat. I especially love the oversized style because I don't feel like I'm suffocating with too many layers. I think it will work great for winter as well, combined with my winter sweaters or warming base tees...the look will be awesome! I ordered my usual size, Large/Petite, and the fit was perfect. It's rare for me to find a coat that sits well on the shoulders and actually wraps around my hips and bum - this did it while still looking super stylish! (Some of us will do anything not to be in a puffer jacket) I'm grateful to have found this Denim Trench Coat - I will stay warm and look great! Love it!
