I am a 34D in regular bras and size large barely fit. Definitely order a size up as these run very small. The fabric could be softer as well, especially for a nursing bra. Overall, these are just OK. Not worth returning, but not worth getting more, either.

While nursing, I typically size up to a large for bras. I have purchased other items and did not have issue with the coverage of the built in bra, but I found this one to run small. The band was long enough, and I have broad shoulders, but the bra does not provide good coverage if you're a bustier woman. Otherwise, the fabric was very comfortable and I wanted to love it. If you're a D cup or larger, this bra may not be a good fit for you.
