The dress fit amazing everywhere but the bust. Could this be because I have a larger bust - probably! But I went by the sizing chart and my usual GAP size, and was a bit disappointed that now I have to size up, return, reorder and tailor.
Dear Gap, The Petite XS is not true. The dress is lovely overall. Looks like denim but very lightweight and soft. Nice tiny embroidered flowers and lace detail. If you call it a Petite, you really need to figure out your sizing. I think the designers can do much better. Not inexpensive and if I wan...ted to tailor this dress rather than return, it would likely cost almost the same as the dress itself. So disappointed. Was really hoping this would fit. Other brands have figured out how to size petites. You should be able to do it as well.

So dreamy and pretty! The tone of blue is very nice and the quality of the material is awesome! I usually wear a size M however I was able to feel comfortable in a size S and it looked flattering, not too tight, the material is definitely comfortable. Cannot wait to wear it in the summer! #sweepstakes

I really thought that everyone was being dramatic with their reviews saying the petite sizes were huge. No, they are way too big, wasn't even close to fitting me. Its a shame because I really love the dress but it is absolutely not petite sized and does not fit me at all.

I am 108 lbs and 5'2". The dress is pretty but long on me and also a little too roomy in the bust area. I have to also take it in to be altered in the straps. But since I got it on sale, that will offset the cost of the alteration.

Sizing is all over the place. Weirdest fit ever. Never really fits right in any one spot. Need it to fit your waist but expect bust to be too large. And I have a LARGE bust. Or just not built for curves. Return and repurchase has turned me off from Online shopping with company as well. I likely won't be shopping from here again unless something really catches my eye that I really enjoy.
