Fit is fine and true to size, but the black jeans pick up every lint and the elastic band is already coming undone after 2 wears. Won't be buying anymore from Gap due to awful customer service.

Definitely size up. The elastic band is pretty tight and doesn't leave much room to grow (at all). Be mindful of the inseam - I ordered the ""Long"" and they were essentially capris. I'm 5'10.

These are super short. I even ordered the long. They aren't quite capris, but they are not really regular pants either. It's hard to know what style of shoes to even pair these with. Otherwise the material and wash is fine.

Jeans are super skinny cut. Low rise. And very short. I ordered a 29 tall - I'm 5'9"" - but the jeans look were hitting above my ankle. A 29 is actually a size larger than my normal. Super super unflattering. Very disappointed.
