I love the stretchy belly panel (like yoga pants), and these are well priced on sale, but it took me SO many pairs and orders to figure out sizing and I still don't think I got it right after seeing how they wear. At first I ordered my pre-pregnancy size 27P which were pretty snug. Well, I wish I ke...pt those instead of going up to 28, as those have relaxed at LOT and are still quite loose (I'm at 5mos now). As for length, at 5'2" I was SO surprised that the petites were very, very short even on me. They looked more like clamdiggers. I wound up keeping the regular inseam but they need hemming and after a day of wear it's obvious that the knee is sagging in a weird place on my frame. I should have kept the Ps which at least would have had the right knee alignment and probably would have relaxed to a better length. Wish I could swap them out again - but hope this helps other mamas to be make better choices than I did! (Tl;dr: get your usual size, they will loosen and stretch.)
I am 20 weeks pregnant and 5'10". I am currently too big for my pre-pregnancy jeans but not quite a full baby bump yet. I saw that other people were saying these ran small but I didn't think I'd have a problem due to my bump size. I purchased a size up from my pre-pregnancy size and Long. I couldn't... even get these pants half way up my legs. My pre-pregnancy jeans still fit my legs just fine, I just can't button them, so I don't think my legs have grown/swollen so much that pants shouldn't fit. Not to mention that even the long size is a midi-calf carpi, not ankle length like the photo. Something is very off with the sizing of these pants. I gave 2 stars because the quality is otherwise nice for the price.

Please ignore Gap's sizing suggestion of ordering your regular size, as their maternity styles adjust up to 25lbs over your usual size. I am pretty small (5'2", 120lbs usually, 140lbs at the moment 6 months pregnant). Usually I wear a size 25. My regular non pregnancy Gap jeans in size 25 go all the way up except they don't zip or button. These "pregnancy jeans" in size 27 don't go up my butt. They literally made them smaller than their regular sized jeans?? You will need to size up at least 3 sizes to even stand a chance at getting into these if you're anywhere past 4 months of pregnancy. As if getting dressed pregnant wasn't frustrating enough....

gapcanada.ca/I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and 5'8 inches in height. I normally wear a 31 and sized up to a 33 and the fit was perfect! Only thing I wasn't crazy about was the jean button, would have preferred a stretch fit for the jean waist as well but otherwise a great purchase!

I ordered a size 28 tall (which is typical for me) and these fit terribly. I'm about 20 wks along and don't have much of a bump yet but found the waist super tight along with the legs. These also sit a good 3 inches above my ankles and I'm 5'8 so these definitely won't work for anyone taller. Will definitely be returning these.

I usually size up in maternity clothes but am swimming in these. They fall down and are very baggy

I have size 26 gap maternity jeans from 5 years ago that fit great for my second pregnancy. For these, I'm a size 28. The older pair fit more snug (in a good way) but these will do the trick. Color is nice tops

I sized up in these maternity jeans rather than trusting the guidelines— and they were still way too tight! These fit tighter on my pregnant body than my regular jeans do, which is insane. How are these supposed to accommodate a growing bump? Also, the inseam makes no sense. I'm 5'4 and ordered a regular inseam. The jeans end about 5-6 inches above by ankle. They look like children's jeans. The WORST PART is that there are no stores that carry maternity anymore so it's not like I can just go try on more. I had to wait 2 weeks for these!! Terrible, returning.

I'm a 27 pre-pregnancy and ordered a 28 based on the reviews but they're too big. The top of the jeans portion stops right below my belly and is too loose, creating an awkward bagging at the crotch and gaping at the lower back. The denim has some stretch so I think my usual size would've been fine. I ordered the regular length and they hit just right so might be short for taller women.
