I love this trench with styling that compares with designer versions at 10x the price was delivered in a plastic bag and thus wrinkled to the max! Gap is not treating its fabulous designs as precious and this really undermines the experience and joy in the product. With the incredible attention to detail this trench has— surprised delivery wasn't better thought through. Called customer service and their only suggestion— return!! Wonder why online has such high returns— it is the internal go to solution. But I want this and I want it to look like the photos that drove my ourchase.

I love this coat. It's so feminine and classic. I wore it this blast weekend and got so many compliments on it.

Tall girl friendly! I love the details in tailoring. Not only the pleating but the squared shoulders and neckline. A modern twist on a wardrobe staple. Glad I took a chance on a large. (Normally a size 8 in clothes, but I buy coats a size or 2 larger to allow for taller broader shoulders and hoodies.

I love love love the pleating on the back of this jacket and the way the shoulders are done is simply gorgeous. Lining and piping inside is great. But the unfortunate thing is that there is no petite length on this,and it ends up looking like a priests gown on someone of my height (5'2"), the fabric also bunches up strangely in the back and front when belted,so the only way I could wear it is open (and I would still need to get it shortened by a tailor) and for the price I can't do that.

This doesn't feel like it has any cotton in it, though fabric tag says almost all cotton. It's very thick and stiff. Almost feels like you could knock something over just by walking near it. Ha ha. It's also appears too synthetic for the money, imo. Although I really like the design idea, some of it seems exaggerated on a normal person - not a 6' 2", 108 lb model. Sorry.

Loved the cut and fit but it's just not worth 248.00. It's not lined at all. If It goes on sale for 50% off at least yep. I tried and it's just a cute coat. But the quality isn't matching the price.

Oddly bunches up on the front and has a bell shaped sleeve. It is unfortunately unlined.

Super classy and elegant. Can dress up and dress down.

This coat is adorable! The full skirt and pleating on the back are so cute! It's also very comfortable and is good quality. Not too heavy or light.
