Love these, super soft and good denim feel. Perfect length IMO. But the sizing is way off. I a 27/4 in GAP jeans and shorts have been forever. Ordered these in light and dark in my normal size, both were huge. Went to order in a smaller size and the light were sold out. Got the dark color in a... 26/2 they fit perfect. If I would have known I would have ordered the light right away. For reference 130 lb, 5'2.5" and the 26/2 fit perfect.
My hips are 37 inches and I usually wear a size 4 or 6 from the Gap depending on how the legs fit, since I have muscular legs. I ordered a 4 in these and they are ENORMOUS - I'm not sure going down one size is even enough. What's far more frustrating is that no local stores are carrying shorts yet a...nd they are refusing to do an exchange for a different size. I have to physically return the shorts and then call to reorder at the same price, a bizarrely cumbersome process. I actually love the overall look so I'm going to try and find the right size, but the vanity sizing is getting out of hand.
